This is a deluxe box of pasture raised, grain finished pork, lamb, and beef.  The pork is heritage Tamworth pigs (often called the "Bacon pig" because of their amazing flavor). All of our beef, lamb, and pork is hormone and antibiotic free. Each box includes:

2 lbs of Sirloin Top Roast
2-3 lbs of T-Bone Steak
1 lb of Lamb Chops
1 lb of Ground Lamb
1 lb of Tamworth Bacon
1 lb of Tamworth Sausage
1 Lb of Tamworth Prok Chops
