3 to 4 lb pasture raised angus beef chuck roast. 
 
Grass fed with light grain finishing. These cattle have never seen a feedlot, they were entirely raised on our pastures at Mesta Meadows.  They are antibiotic and hormone free.  All steaks are cut to a 1 1/2" thickness.
